Broncos Tim Tebow Gets First NFL Win Against Miami 18-15

Tim Tebow gets his first NFL start against the Miami Dolphin. The first 3 3/4 quarters were not good for Tebow and the Broncos.Through that period the Broncos were scoreless.

The last 2 minutes of the game, the Broncos go into their 2 minute drill, as Tebow leads his team down by 15 points. The Broncos score a touchdown with under 2 minutes which puts them down by 8 points. The Broncos recovers an on-side kick . Tebow drives his team to another score and gets the 2 point conversion which leads to overtime.

Tebow drives his team and gets them into a field goal winning situation. The Broncos converts the field goal which gives them and Tim Tebow a great comeback win 18-15.

Tim Tebow may not have had a great first start as a passer, but like most winners, he knows how to get the job done. The Broncos host the Detroit Lions next week. This will be a great test for Tebow as the high power offense of the Lions come to town.

Carson Palmer Signs With The Oakland Raiders

The Oakland Raiders has added another quarterback to their royster, signing Carson Palmer from the Cincinnati Bengals.

Palmer, who announced at the start of the season that he will retire before playing with the Bengals, got his wish. The Raiders are giving up a 1st round and 2nd round draft picks for the veteran quarterback, after losing their starting quarterback Jason Campbell.

The Raiders love to throw the ball down field to compliment their great running game. The question is, does Carson Palmer still has the arm to throw deep downfield the way the Raiders love to do.

Did the Raiders give up too much for a 31 year quarterback, who does not have a winning track record? What happens when Jason Campbell returns? It's not like he blew out his knee or something, he should be very healthy at the start of next season. The Raiders has a favorable schedule for the rest of the season and should win the majority of them. This is going to get very interesting in the next couple of weeks.

Will Terrelle Pryor Start For The Oakland Raiders

Yesterday, the Oakland Raiders won over the Cleveland Browns, but lost their quarterback, Jason Campbell, in the process. Campbell broke his collarbone and ended his season for the team. The Raiders were averaging over 30 points/game, with  Darren McFadden running the football, complimenting Jason Campbell. Former Baltimore Ravens quarterback, Kyle Boller, took over the role as quarterback. The question is, what will the Raiders do about the vacant position.

Terrelle Pryor has been lifted from his suspension for the first 5 games of the season, handed down by the Commissioner.Terrelle was a proven winner for the Ohio State Buckeyes, and now faces the possibility of playing his first professional game.

With the Raiders having a great first half of this season only losing 1 game, it will be interesting to see how they play out the rest of this season. Will they go for a more experience quarterback in Boller, who even with the experience, has not been a proven winner, or will they give Terrelle Pryor the opportunity to start at quarterback.

Don't expect Terrele to start in the next 2 weeks, but if Boller throws a couple of interceptions, it wouldn't surprise me if Pryor is inserted in the starting lineup.I think he will compliment Darren McFadden more than Kyle Boller. The next couple of weeks should be intersesting for the Oakland Raiders and their coaching staff.
